Jean Pierre is the new Chefs in Les Peupliers, born in Hautes Alpes, he like region and local products.
What is important for him, is to enhance the product, in its quality and its preparation.
He likes telling the story that the trouts come from the National Park of the Écrins, where water is very pure. He has prepared a recipe in which the trout is nicely cooked with seasonal herbs and vegetables.
