In winter times, you will have dinner in the restaurant in front of the chimney made of local wood and stones. During Summertime, meals are also served on the nice and shady terrace to profit from the quietness of the environment of the Hautes-Alpes.
At the bar, you can have a drink for tea time ,aperitive time or to finish pleasantly your dinner.

Our chef


Aurélien is the Chef in Les Peupliers, he likes to choose and prepare local products.
What is important for him, is to enhance the product, in its quality and its preparation.
He likes telling the story that the trouts come from the National Park of the Écrins, where water is very pure. He has prepared a recipe in which the trout is nicely cooked with seasonal herbs and vegetables.
